Bulgari High End Jewelry

CHALLENGE

-Havas Events NA was tasked in creating a one-of-a-kind gala dinner experience for 120 of their most valuable clients in NYC.

-We were to create a unique and unparalleled experience highlighting the reveal of 3 of Bvlgari’s latest high jewelry collection, while growing brand awareness and build High Jewelry sales momentum leading to the holiday season.

SOLUTION

-The night began with a champagne reception in Astor Hall where 15 models walked down the grandeur white marble staircases joining Bvlgari’s President in front of a LED archway replica from Bvlgari’s flagship store in Rome.

-We transformed the 3 jewelry collections into 3 worlds, and each were individually introduced with a 15-person model show and ballet dinner service, as curated content was displayed on multiple 12 x 12 video projection screens.

-Beginning in the Isle of Carpi and ending with a fireworks celebration over the Spanish Steps of Rome, the entire evening was unique to the brand and never before seen.

-The beautiful and talented, Morgan James, closed out the evening with songs like Crazy In Love and Empire State of Mind that had guests on their feet.

-Over the next few days, Bvlgari continued to host their clients as they experienced first-class hospitality, accommodations, transportation, entertainment, dining and private boutique appointments where they could preview the high jewelry collection live.

RESULTS

– As sales were at an all-time high, and feedback was incredibly positive, the event was deemed overall a huge success.
