Imagine: Americas Conference

CHALLENGE

–Havas Events NA was tasked with designing the first ever Imagine: Americas conference for 140 top executives across all Kering Brands: Gucci, YSL, McQueen, Stella McCartney, Puma etc.

–The conference celebrated the group’s rebranding from PPR to Kering as well as rewarding the guests for their hard work.

SOLUTION

–We chose Miami due to its easy access to Latin America as well as for US attendees, and selected the Palms Hotel for its boutique feel, meeting space and eco- consciousness.

–The 1.5 day program consisted of addresses by internal leaders, CEO panel discussions, an inspiring external speaker and collaborative breakout sessions.

–We secured Jeff Chu, Editor at Large at Fast Company, as the moderator for panels and speakers such as Mick Ebeling, Founder of Not Impossible, to join the discussion.

–The program included an afternoon of team building activities which included a sport category (beach Olympics, water sports), cultural category (art deco walking tour, Perez Art Museum tour) and a environmental category (visit to the Pelican Harbor Seabird Station)

–The conference also featured a rewards dinner at a The Biltmore, a beautiful and historic hotel.

RESULTS

–Following the event, a survey was given to all attendees in which Havas Events NA received a 4.5 average minimum on every aspect of the event, from logistics, to content, to activities.
