Swarovski Market Week x Global Campaign Reveal

CHALLENGE

-For Swarovski’s product launch, Havas Events NA was asked to create a 2-day B2B global event in Manhattan, NYC.

-The goal of the event was to showcase the new jewelry collection, reveal the new global face of the brand, and re-inspire the World of Swarovski.

SOLUTION

-Havas Events NA knew a perfect venue, The Rainbow Room on Fifth Avenue, to host the event. We designed the space to fully embrace the Crystal Galaxy theme.

-230 valued partners joined for a business review to look into the future of Swarovski, which was led by their most influential executives, that required A-Z event management.

-The presentations concluded with a surprise announcement as Swarovski revealed the new face of their Global Campaign, Karlie Kloss, as well as their new #HowYouSayIt social media campaign and video.

-The next day, Swarovski’s partners were invited to 620 Loft and Garden for a Marketing Program review, where Havas Events NA fully transformed the space from a white gallery, to a Swarovski Crystal jewelry exhibit, holding over 22 displays. Out-of-town guests enjoyed fine dining on the roof providing stunning views of St. Patrick’s Cathedral.

RESULTS

– The #HowYouSayIt campaign was viewed by over 300,000 people
